VOIP Presentation - CINPA

Round 2 yesterday in the two city 'tour'. Dayton last week, Cincinnati this week. I got to talk about one of my favorite subjects, Voice over IP. Actually talked about two of my favorite subjects because at the end we digressed to talking about scuba diving. Anyway, we had a great crowd and good questions. Although much fewer questions than Dayton. Cincinnati said this is because they are smarter. AMCCs partners 3CX, NexVortex and 888Voip were great and kicked in to help offer a FANTASTIC door prize the was won by Ron Schuermann. Here's a picture of me with the winner. You know, I've sat with Ron at our monthly board meetings for years now and I had no idea he was taller than me until I saw this picture!

VOIP Telephony Presentation - DANPA

Tonight was the first of two VOIP Telephony presentations - DANPA (Dayton) tonight and next week CINPA (Cincinnati).  We had a great group attending and I don't think I bored them too much - the group was actually very attentive and asked a lot of good questions.  I had a lot of fun and I hope everyone there did too (Lola really enjoyed the trip too).

3CX Installs - AMCC goes NATIONAL!

While we at AMCC originally perceived ourselves as a local Cincinnati area 3CX VOIP Phone System dealer we have learned that with remote access tools our coverage is really boundless.  Since the word has been getting out, we have begun doing 3CX PBX phone system troubleshooting and support remotely and have worked remotely on installations in several distant states.
